Prenuply is a small Canadian team in Toronto, operated by Prenuply AI Inc. We turn hours of legal drafting into a prenup or cohabitation agreement template you can take to a lawyer, for a fraction of the usual cost.
Our Story
Prenuply started with an engagement, not a business plan. In 2025, our founder got engaged, went looking for a prenup in Toronto, and found only slow, expensive, in-person options. Most of the cost was drafting, not legal advice, so we built software that does the drafting well. The first version of Prenuply launched in Toronto in December 2025, and we incorporated as Prenuply AI Inc. in January 2026. We come from building software in regulated industries where legal counsel reviewed everything before it shipped, and Prenuply is held to that same standard. We are also looking for a legal co-founder, a Canadian family lawyer who wants to help rebuild how these agreements get made.
