Privacy Policy

Prenuply collects information needed to provide the service, process payments, generate templates, communicate with users, protect accounts, and improve the product.

Information We Collect

Prenuply may collect account information, support communications, relationship details, financial information entered for document generation, affiliate program application information, payment metadata, website analytics, advertising and conversion data, and masked session recording data.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, create documents, process payments, send account emails, improve security, support users, review affiliate applications and manage partner outreach, improve the product through analytics and privacy-protected session recordings, and measure advertising performance.

Service Providers

Prenuply uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, AI document generation, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, advertising measurement, and payment processing. These include Render, Supabase, OpenAI, OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel for ChatGPT ads attribution, Resend, Sentry, Mixpanel, Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, TikTok, and similar providers used to operate the service. For authenticated diagnostics, Sentry error events may include account identifiers.

Payment Processors

Payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal, process payments, fraud prevention signals, payment confirmations, refunds, disputes, and transaction records. Prenuply does not store full payment card details or PayPal account credentials.

Advertising Measurement

We may use advertising pixels, including the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, to measure registration, checkout, and paid purchase conversions from ad campaigns. These events may include product type, purchase amount, currency, and payment or checkout identifiers, but not full payment card details or PayPal account credentials.

Session Recording Privacy

Mixpanel session recordings are configured so all PII and sensitive document content is hidden. Inputs, sensitive text, customer details, admin data, and document previews are masked or blocked while non-sensitive page structure and interaction context remain available for product improvement.

Security and Retention

Data is protected with TLS/SSL in transit, provider-managed encryption at rest, restricted access, and hosted infrastructure with published security and compliance programs. An anonymous support chat access token stays in the visitor browser for up to 90 days and can be removed sooner from the chat. Deletion requests are subject to legal, security, backup, payment, and service-provider retention requirements.
