Prenuply offers a 30-day satisfaction refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason.
30-Day Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@prenuply.ai with the email address used for your Prenuply account and, if available, the approximate purchase date.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the transaction, such as Stripe or PayPal. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal account, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
